Service 01
One-on-one sessions with Tim, on a regular schedule, where he coaches you through every workout β adjusting in real time based on how you feel and how you're progressing.
This service is for anyone ready to commit to getting stronger, moving better, and feeling better β whether that means managing chronic joint or muscle pain, improving general fitness, building strength after 40, or simply staying active and healthy for the long term. Every session is guided, every rep is coached, and every program evolves as you progress. You'll never show up wondering what to do.

Service 02
For clients who prefer to work out on their own β but want to know exactly what to do, and have Tim check in regularly to keep them on track.
Tim designs a complete, written workout program tailored to your body, your goals, and your available equipment. You train independently on your schedule β and at regular check-ins, Tim reviews your progress, answers questions, and updates your program as needed.

Service 03
Get stronger before surgery to improve your outcome β or pick up where physical therapy left off and rebuild to full strength and confidence.
Research consistently shows that patients who are stronger going into surgery recover faster and with better results. On the other side, many clients come to BodyGrades after PT discharge β still not feeling fully back. With 15 years of clinical PT experience, Tim bridges that gap.

Service 04
Group sessions that combine education and hands-on practice β ideal for organizations, community groups, or facilities that want to bring Tim's expertise to their people.
Tim brings the same clinical knowledge that informs his one-on-one work to group settings β covering topics like pain-free movement, strength training fundamentals, injury prevention, and exercising safely with chronic conditions. Sessions are interactive and learn-by-doing.
