Your first session
The assessment isn't a sales pitch β it's a working session. Here's exactly what's included.
Tim evaluates how you move β identifying compensations, weaknesses, and limitations that may be causing pain or holding back your progress.
A thorough look at your injury history, current symptoms, and what aggravates or relieves them β so nothing gets missed.
You'll leave knowing exactly what needs to improve, in what order, and why β not a generic handout, a plan built for your body.
Where appropriate, Tim will walk you through your first set of exercises so you leave the session already moving better.
