Tim received a bachelor's degree in Sport and Exercise Science from the University of Akron and an Associate's degree in Physical Therapist Assisting Technology from Stark State College in Canton, Ohio.

I'm more than just your average personal trainer. With over 20 years of experience in the healthcare field, I'm passionate about helping people like you achieve their health and fitness goals and live pain-free lives.

From Battlefield to Fitness: My journey began serving as a medic in the military, where I witnessed firsthand the impact of physical fitness and resilience. This experience fueled my desire to pursue a career in healthcare, leading me to become a licensed physical therapist assistant. For 15 years, I treated patients with a wide range of chronic conditions, injuries and surgical procedures, helping them regain mobility and function.

Transforming Lives Through Fitness: While I loved helping patients recover, I saw a gap in addressing the underlying issues that often led to pain and limitations. That's when I decided to become a personal trainer, empowering individuals to take control of their health through personalized fitness programs.

Passion Into Practice: I saw countless individuals struggle with chronic pain, limiting their ability to live life to the fullest. I knew there was more to offer than just pain management. That's why I launched my personal training business, combining my extensive knowledge of the body with a holistic approach to fitness.
