A BODY IN MOTION TENDS TO STAY IN MOTION
Strength Training and Conditioning For Function, Performance, Injury Prevention and Pain Management
Movement is not only the most obvious sign of life, but is a requirement of life. The heart needs to pump, blood needs to flow, and joints and muscles need to move. The stoppage or reduction in movement can (and often times does) lead to any number of health problems. Conversely, the continuous promotion of movement of any one of those can lead to better overall health.
That is where I come in. As a former state-licensed physical therapist assistant, I have not only seen what limiting one's body movements can do, but as a therapist it was my job to get them moving again.
Now, as a strength and conditioning coach, I combine these skills and experiences with my education and skills as a fitness trainer so that you can be stronger, have more energy, and move with fewer aches and pains.
